Our aim: to create a world of peace and to teach how to find balance in life through various practices. To awaken human consciousness for a fulfilled life by finding a balance between heart, mind and soul.
Our Mission

Is a lay meditation technique that does not depend on religious beliefs. Scientists have studied meditation and found that regular meditation can reduce stress, increase inner peace and improve relationships. Our experience confirms these findings. We have enjoyed these and many other benefits of meditating. These benefits arose naturally and spontaneously in our lives the longer we meditated regularly. It gives us the clarity we need to face challenges and uncertainty calmly, encourages you to practise too, can be a time to gather our thoughts, exercise our minds and decide how we want to approach the day. A meditation routine can help you stay grounded, focused and most importantly hopeful when your mind wants to spiral. We live in a world full of noise and chatter. A world where our daily routines are inundated with distractions and responsibilities. This practise can be adopted by anyone and its main aim is to train the mind to focus on the present. Mindfulness is an attitude, a mental state and even a lifestyle that focuses on being present, paying attention and describing facts without judgement or labels.

Happy Mind
Mindfulness and Relaxation for Children and Teenagers
Anyone can learn to meditate, even children! Children as young as two years old can benefit from meditation and the inner peace it brings. The earlier we do this in their young lives, the greater the opportunity to help them cultivate resilience, develop and refine their mindfulness practise as they mature. And as children grow into teenagers during puberty, life becomes more complicated. Forming relationships, navigating school and practising independence, are all part of growing up, and create stressful situations for any child. By teaching them meditation and mindfulness practises, we help them increase their well-being and face the stresses of the world with presence, self-compassion and openness. At any stage of development, mindfulness can be a useful tool to reduce anxiety and promote happiness.

Meditative Concert
Meditative Concert is a practice that uses the vibrations of Xamanic drum, Cristal bowl, voice, and other musical instruments to relax emotional, physical, and mental well-being. It is believed that this sound session can help relieve anxiety and depression. The balance and clearing of the mind leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm and happiness. In this concert, the sounds lower blood pressure, improve circulation and reduce high breathing rates. They lead you into a deeper state of contemplation or relaxation and turn off your body's fight-or-flight reflex. At the end of a session, your provider guides you back to a sense of awareness before ending the sound bath and wishing you well on your journey.

Conscious Dance
Conscious Dance
Is a practice based on body movement that reconnects you with the wisdom of living from the heart, the joy of knowing who you are and the satisfaction of being unique.
From the mix of dance, meditative movement, stretching and relaxation, participants are invited to get to know and develop their body awareness, which will inspire them to lead a healthier and more joyful life. It can enhance your performance by filtering out distractions, improving focus and strengthening the mind-body connection - merging action and awareness. The human connection to body movement is ancient and may even have been one of the first ways humans expressed themselves to one another.

appointments can be helpful for anyone who wants to find relief from their suffering, as long as they are open and willing to learn, heal and/or grow. These counselling sessions aim to
promote a shift in consciousness towards a new standard of balance and harmony. For each specific case, some practices are addressed that aim at the behavioral change necessary to achieve a new standard of living, whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. You will be guided on how to use your own inner resources to find solutions to your problems.

Soul Touch is a therapy that uses touch, energy transfer through the laying on of hands, crystals and sound as a focus to stimulate and increase the patient's natural healing capacity. It is a conscious process of energy exchange in which the therapist supports the patient's physical, emotional and mental energy harmonization. This therapy prepares the reception of new codes, activates the process of awakening and makes us observers of our emotions, patterns, behaviours and feelings.
