"Workshop BLISSIFUL Life"
Time for dance, meditative movement, stretching and relaxation, participants are invited to learn about and develop their body awareness, which will inspire them to live healthier and happier lives. People can improve their performance by filtering out distractions, focusing better and strengthening the mind-body connection by combining action and awareness. The human connection to body movement is ancient and may even have been one of the first ways humans expressed themselves to each other.
