Lugar da Harmonia is a beautiful place where you can connect and harmonise with nature and your true essence. Located in Dornes, Portugal, it is a self-sustainable project, a nucleus of union, sharing, learning, community and collaboration with nature. The ideal place for a deeper contact with stillness. 

Here we promote health and well-being by using the natural resources on site responsibly. We encourage creative and free learning that acknowledges and respects Mother Nature; We promote a sustainable economy.

Our roots are in nature, we require silence, especially the silence found in the natural world. We occasionally need a break, some alone time, or some time for more in-depth self-reflection. This retreat is for everyone who wishes to explore the core issues of Life and give their existence more direction and significance. This is an opportunity to cleanse, leave your concerns at the door, and enter our private sanctuary. The peace and harmony with the Whole are brought about by the simplicity of the location, the atmosphere, the activities, the nature, and the stillness. Here you will find the right circumstances to be in silence, to work deeply and reconnect with our essence. Nature interaction, meditation, relax time, awakening exercises, conscious dance, therapeutic concert, walking...
